We came together as partners from a variety of backgrounds, combining our skills and experience to provide a new homes recruitment service that's streaks ahead of the competition. As recruitment experts with over 50 years of combined experience, we specialise in helping people fulfil their vocation in life and at work, as well as providing ongoing support to businesses as they grow and change over time. Our consultative approach ensures this, as we come to understand the businesses of our clients and match them with candidates that suit the available role, as well as the culture of the company.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR / OWNER
Richard Ward
Richard started his career in Banking before he moved over into Recruitment some 20 years ago. As a recruitment expert, he has helped support the recruitment process of many UK Developers, Housing Associations and Estate Agency brands, across the whole of the UK, predominantly around the Sales & Marketing function but also in Land and Construction roles.
Richard is passionate about Customer Service and always wants to exceed his customers' expectations (both candidates and clients alike).
He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and, in particular, quality time with his Working Cocker Spaniel – Lily. Richard also has a love of gardening and travel. If life wasn't busy enough, Richard has recently become a Parish Councillor for the village where he lives.

Tia Robinson
Tia started her career straight from school into an Apprenticeship within Recruitment and has worked across several sectors before she found her true passion in New Homes Recruitment. Tia will be using her knowledge in the Recruitment and New Homes industry to develop and scale RSR Recruitment into one of the UK's leading property recruitment brands.
In Tia's spare time you will find her spending time with friends and exploring new places with her partner and Miniature Dachshund – Cookie. Tia also loves a good holiday where she can switch off, relax and soak up some sun!
